Barry Marshall, MBA, FACHE - TMG Senior Consultant and Executive Recruiter
Barry Marshall possesses over 20 years of experience in the field of transplantation, which include 16 years as a Transplant Administrator of multi-organ transplant centers. Barry is currently a Senior Consultant and the Executive Recruiter for Transplant Management Group where he specializes in regulatory compliance, organizational effectiveness, program start-ups and financial management of solid organ transplantation, as well as recruitment of transplant professionals in administrative and physician leadership roles. He was formerly the Vice President of Service Lines and Business Development for Tulane Medical Center (HCA) in New Orleans, LA. In this role, Barry was responsible for all solid organ and bone marrow transplant, hepatobiliary, cardiovascular, oncology, neurosciences and dialysis services. In years prior, Barry was the Vice President of Transplant and Oncology Services at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY and the Vice President of Clinical Business Development and Physician Services for Methodist Healthcare System in Memphis, TN where he was responsible for the Transplant Institute, the Renal Care Center, the Cancer Center, the Neuro Science Institute, the Cardiovascular Institute, hospital business development and physician recruitment and contracting.
